Yeah, I always had a crush for Mary Timony. When I was in my teen years, I learnt playing guitar also over her songs. What a talented and inspired guitarist, voice and composer. So, time travel, it's 1999, film director Brett Vapnek shots this 16 mm short film, which sums up Mary's struggle, and how a karaoke night turns into something sweet, crushing language barriers.
