Un continuo stato di tensione, scritto per mezzo di magistrali percussioni (N5) - spezzate, caramboliche, precise ed ossessive, - incorniciate da una chitarra divisa sù due amplificatori che fa un uso mesmerico di delay e loop station, una sinergia di distorsioni e meraviglia sonora in continua apertura spettrale (N6). Il basso è il Vostro ritmo cardiaco: martellante, in subbuglio anche quando sulla via del rilascio. L'ascolto in cuffia del disco, - poco più di 40 minuti - ad occhi chiusi, è sicuramente la chiave di volta per raggiungere uno stato di coscienza superiore, un'alienazione indotta per guardare se stessi da dentro. Dimenticate la forma chorus-verse-chorus, e la mera improvvisazione stile free jazz: gli Psychic Paramount bilanciano la stupefazione del suono - rancido, vetriolo, - con una carica mesmerica, altamente psichica, prima che psichedelica. L'unico momento più malatamente radio friendly, e 70s, è la traccia finale N5 Coda: squisitamente lasciva, - suonano come i Seefeel bruciati da una scheggia esplosiva di kraut rock, estratta da una math roccia.
Davvero ottimi, trascendentali.

A constant state of tension, written by masterful percussions (N5) - broken, spectacular, precise and obsessive - framed by a guitar into a two amplifiers (I guess), which makes use of mesmeric delay pedals and loop stations, a synergy of sound distortion and wonder (N6), constantly scouting the amplitude of the audio spectrum. The bass is your cardiac rhythm: hammering, in uproar even when on the way of release. The listening with the headphones of this record - just over 40 minutes - with closed eyes, is undoubtedly the key to achieving a higher state of consciousness, alienation induced to look at your-self from within. Forget the chorus-verse-chorus form, and the mere style of free jazz improvisation: The Psychic Paramount balance the amazement of sound - here often rancid, vitriol - with a mesmeric charge, highly psychic, before that psychedelic. The only time ill-radio friendly, and 70s, is the final track N5 Coda: exquisitely radiant, dazzling, - it sounds like Seefeel burned by a fragment of explosive kraut rock, extracted from (a) math rock.
