Quell'estate non riuscí a conservare nessun amichetto.
A settembre quando cominciò la scuola prese a fare la ricreazione sempre nei pressi dei tipi con le magliette nere con più cadaveri e croci rovesciate.
Riusciva a sforzarsi di riconoscere il metal anche dove forse non c'era: la sigla di Kenshiro, alcune feste di Radio Rock, gli anellini allo Zoppo di Termini o i Crash Test Dummies.
Se a quel tempo avesse conosciuto un gruppo come i Lucertolas avrebbe risparmiato quintali di pubblicità su VideoMusic, sorbita solo perchè magari qualche volta dopo passavano i Ritmo Tribale.
Non hanno una line-up stabilissima, ma l'ensemble del profondo Nordest si sta facendo riconoscere in tutta Europa come una realtà che lascia dietro di sè un chiacchierriccio ammirato.
Sicuramente, l'atra metà del meteorite di morte fluorescente che si è ficcata sotto casa degli Unsane a New York ha perso delle schegge direttamente nel nucleo nevralgico delle casse delle loro chitarre.
L'ultima volta che li abbiamo visti, hanno rivoltato il Traffic assieme ai Dolcevena.
Più che l'impatto travolgente di scuola Hydra Head rec. con cui ci hanno pettinato in quella circostanza, con questi nuovi pezzi i nostri sembrano voler ridesegnare i confini e la morfologia geologica del Veneto con un magma sonoro informe e dai sacri fuochi blues molto più vicina alla capacità tagliente dei maestri Cable. Se Robert Jhonson potesse, ritroverebbe il frutto del suo peccato tra questi solchi.
Quell'estate i suoi amichetti erano sempre crudeli con le lucertole. Lontano da canzoni come 8 Hours o The Boxer anche lui si sentiva il sangue più freddo.
Ps. La versione vinile + CD contiene anche quattro tracce dell'album però cantate in italiano, dove 8 hours diventa 8 ore, - non mi sembra perdano l'impatto feroce, anzi, - ma meglio in inglese, ndpall.

School resumed in September, and he took to spend his playtime always in the vicinity of some guys with black tshirts with corps and reversed cross on.
He could recognize metal even where probably there wasn't at all: Kenshiro's theme, some of Radio Rock party, Zoppo's onion rings at Termini railways station, or even in Crash Test Dummies.
If at that time he had stumbled in a band like Lucertolas he would have saved himself from watching tons of tv commercials on VideoMusic, - something he could suffer only because now and then they put on Ritmo Tribale.
Lucertolas did not have a very steady line-up along the years, - but lately our ensemble from the far North Italy is getting more and more exposure all over Europe, with successful feedbacks.
For sure, the other half ot that fluorescent death meteorite knocked into the basement of Unsane's house in NY lost some of its splinters directly over the nevralgic core of Lucertolas's amps and guitars.
We seen them here in Rome years ago, - they turnt the venue inside out, together with Dolcevena.
Besides the overwhelming impact à la Hydra Head rec, - so You can figure out what I meant about their show downhere, - these new tracks mean to reshape Veneto's borders and geology through a resonant shapeless magma, loaded with blues fires, very close to the sharp power of masters Cable. If only Robert Jhonson could, he would fine the fruit of his pity along these grooves.
That Summer his pals used to be always cruel with the lizards. Far from songs such as 8 Hours or The Boxer, He felt like his blood was colder too.
Ps. The release comes out also with a vinyl + CD, featuring four of the album tracks sung in italian, where '8 hours' becomes '8 ore', - the impact is still massive to be honest, - although I still prefer the english version, pall's note.
