The Longed-For Season EP è una ricognizione attenta che si articola su diversi livelli: partendo dall'elettronica di matrice glitch e passando attraverso la fascinazione della componente analogica, ogni traccia si lascia svelare in un continuo alternarsi tra (e)stasi rflessiva e dinamica ricerca del climax.
I riferimenti obbligati sono i primi Múm e soprattutto gli Efterklang (per la loro straordinaria abilità nell'imbastardire impulsi analogici con cristalli digitali) ma anche Tristeza ed Album Leaf, in ragione del loro afflato malincolico e bucolico.

The Longed-For Season EP is a carefull reconnaissance built on different levels: from electronic music, glitch matrix, - to the captivation of the analog component, - each track reveals and alternates inner facets of reflective ecstasy/stasis and a dynamic climax research.
I am kind of compelled to cite early Múm and - more than everyone - Efterklang (because of their extraordinary cleverness in working with analogical impulses and digital crystals), as well as Tristeza and Album Leaf, in reason of their melancholic and bucolic attitude.
The Longed-For Season - crafted with six tracks arranged in masterly fashion, which, listen by listen, enrich with new details and countless nuances, - is a touching tribute to everything surrounds us: seen it is not possible to have eyes for every wonder in the world, well, - be content with your ears.
