Multi (italian) indie-labels powered, this 12'' vinyl split (including a CD version) sees Above the Tree and Musica da Cucina, - two outsiders of experimental music, - one, bizzarre, focusing the aching-cat blues side, - and the latter on the minimal, evocative ambient Music corner of sound.
Recorded inside Itri's Castle (Lazio, Italy), - while Marco Bernacchia, aka Above the Tree, plays his acoustic guitar and sings to the Moon his weird painful tunes bathed in reverb, oblique, noisy and dissonant, - Fabio Bonelli (Musica da Cucina) dives into a sinister wordless space of slow ritual mantra, divided in two spiritual movements with a mesmerising effect, - objects turnt unsual music instruments, as well, - where an hypnotic clarinet is the embroidery floss for a long unearthly static promenade (Il vento muove appena).
