- Già assaggiati sulla compilation Collisioni in Cerchio,
edita dalla From
Scratch rec (leggi olds del 12 feb 'o4), eccoLi di nuovo, ora
con una manciata di tracce, fissate su cd contenuto in un bel cofanetto
in cartoncino (quasi credevo di trovarci dei marrons glaçés..),
con tanto di polaroid annessa in b/n (immagino ogni copia contenga
un pezzo unico): la mia con un bel piccione paffuto sopra un
lampione. Scelta di classe. Il cd va messo nel lettore, e bisogna
lasciarlo andare, - puoi metterti a leggere, a sistemare le tue cose,
ti prepari un té, e Ti godi il tutto. Meglio se il cielo è
grigio. - E' improvvisazione, o determinazione della cacofonia. -
Cmq altalenante free jazz tra narcolessi (Olvidados)
e convulsioni (Road Map, Barone Leopoldo Von Masoch): sorta
di esercizio di empatia sull'improvvisazione tra i quattro. Sax (prima
donna eccellente), chitarra, basso e batteria, - si scontrano, si
fanno le boccacce (Quietarivoluzione), si allacciano le scarpe
e preparano gli strumenti (Hijos..). Titoli improbabili x ogni
pezzo, lunghissimi (prendo il respiro e...) come Scorie di democrazia
nascoste sotto i tuoi piedi rendono il tuo sorriso splendente e tu
non sai perché, - forse perchè sono strumentali
e niente voce, e il non-sense sembra legare molto con le coordinate
spastiche del free. - Insomma, as usual, consigliati e prezzo modico..

Already met and tasted on Collisioni in Cerchio, compilation released by From Scratch rec (read olds of 12th feb 'o4), here They are again, - now with a handful of tracks, fixed on cd, contained in a nice box made with cardboard (at first, i believed someone sent me some marrons glacés..), with also a polaroid picture in b/w (i guess each copy contains an exclusive piece): mine is with a fatty pigeon over a light. An original choice, i like. Album goes straight in Your cd player, and let it go, - You can go and read a book or a newspaper, You can range the room, have a cup of tea, - and just enjoy yourself. And best with cold weather outside. It's improvvisation, or determination of cacofonia. However, it's a swinging free jazz, between narcolepsy (Olvidados) and convulsions (Road Map, Barone Leopoldo Von Masoch): sort of excersice of empathy about improvvisation between these four guys. Sax (prima donna, fairly good), guitar, bass and drums, - crushing, then grimaces (Quietarivoluzione), or just setting things and cables before everything starts (Hijos..). Unlikely titles for each track, even too much long (let me breath..) like Scorie di democrazia nascoste sotto i tuoi piedi rendono il tuo sorriso splendente e tu non sai perché, - maybe because these are instrumentals, with no voice, - and no-sense usually well fits with spastic coordinates of free.
