Recordings of february 2oo1, - moved out of the drawer to be released by local Wallace only on this January. Hell, that's a record! A pure Jazzzz jewel, a supreme love for John Coltrane, meeting Noise control expression dear to contemporary, thanks to plots of the bass. Three well known names from the Ambient, with a special background, plus excellent collaborations with Lee Ranaldo, Jim O'rourke, Guy Picciotto, Shellac, Zu, Elliot Sharp, Tzadik rec, and Lots more. Besides Recommendations, this album is fully enjoyable, experimental, and underground, like the new-york_ish suburbs graphics inside the booklet. Gebbia at sax is a creative one, able to play his toy like makings rings of smoke in the air, becoming self-animated drawings (The Vertical Journey). Drums by Ligeti, they bring even higher all the free school diversions of Pupillo's bass, passing from the classic suite of Anarchytecture and Pay For Soup.. to Hollenberg Pony Express, kind of clinic deconstruction. A curiosity: each track is dedicated to various Authors and Loves, from Basquiat to Zorn, just to mark the disordered spirit feeding the Talent of these Sonatas.
not yet, probably nobody cares, or nobody cared enough to tell something. Also: nobody reads komakino.
